This database contains currently registered
sex and violent offenders with felony convection records.
Data has been complied from all 50 states and The District
of Columbia. A URL to the jurisdiction's website is provided
on each record for more information. Further investigations
via statewide criminal record databases or county level research
are strongly recommended.
The following states do not provide DOBs and are not included
in any national searches: AZ-GA-HI-IN-LA-MA-MD-MO-MT-NV-OK-PA-VA-WA-WI.
In order to receive results from these states, an individual
Statewide Database Search must be run with the search criteria
set to "name match" with "no DOB".
Oregon does not provide a statewide source of data, however,
data is included in these individual counties: Benton, Clackamas,
Coos, Lincoln, Marion, Polk, Washington, and Yamill. Washington
County does not provide DOB and is not included in any national
search. In order to receive results from these Washington
County, an individual Statewide Database Search must be run
with the search criteria set to "name match" with
"no DOB".
South Dakota does not provide a statewide source of data;
however, data is included in the following individual counties
and cities: City of Aberdeen, City of Mitchell, City of Madison,
City of Sioux Falls, City of Pierre, City of Sturgis, City
of Watertown, Brookings County, Lincoln County, and Pennington
County.
Missouri, in addition to the statewide source of information,
has data from the following counties: Callaway, Cape Girardeau,
Cole, Greene, Jefferson, Laclede, Newton, Pulaski, Scott,
St Charles, St Francois, and St. Louis counties. Callaway,
Cape Girardeau, Cole, Greene, Jefferson, Pulaski, Scott, and
St. Louis counties do not provide DOB and are not included
in any national search. In order to receive results from these
counties, an individual Statewide Database Search must be
run with the search criteria set to "name match"
with "no DOB".
